Following an Unsatisfactory EICR, Daddy Electrician Ltd returned to carry out essential remedial electrical works at this property. The inspection identified several issues requiring urgent attention, including exposed live copper at the consumer unit, an undersized main earthing conductor, a non-fire-rated plastic fuse box, socket circuit faults, damaged and loose electrical accessories, and concerns with lighting points and fittings. To improve the safety and condition of the installation, our electricians completed a programme of remedial works tailored to the EICR observations.
